Los guiones ganadores y finalistas de anteriores ediciones tampoco son elegibles.<br>&#8211; El Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival se reserva el derecho de cambiar o modificar cada categor\u00eda seg\u00fan lo considere oportuno la comisi\u00f3n del Festival.<br>&#8211; Los guiones enviados a concurso deben recibirse en o antes de las fechas l\u00edmite y el pago de la tarifa debe realizarse en su totalidad en el momento de la presentaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n acepta liberar y eximir de responsabilidad al Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival y sus empresas subsidiarias, matrices y afiliadas (en caso de que las hubiera) de y contra todos y cada uno de los reclamos, gastos y responsabilidades, incluidos, entre otros, da\u00f1os y negligencia a propiedades y personas, incluidos pero no limitado a invasi\u00f3n de la privacidad, difamaci\u00f3n, calumnia, violaci\u00f3n del derecho de publicidad, derechos de autor, infracci\u00f3n de marca registrada u otros derechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con la entrada de un participante, la participaci\u00f3n en el concurso y\/o la aceptaci\u00f3n o el uso o mal uso del premio.<br>&#8211; Todas las decisiones del Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival son inapelables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PRIZES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The WINNERS of each genre will be awarded a laurel to celebrate their success, a printable Certification and a  feedback coverage of their work from one of our professional script readers worth 250\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RULES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Submitted scripts must be original screenplays and the sole property of the applicant(s). Screenplays submitted must not have been previously sold or produced. Adapted or based on screenplays are also accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant, to register their screenplay and secure clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials included within the submitted screenplay. All entrants, including the nominees and winners, retain complete and exclusive rights to their work.<br>&#8211; All ages are eligible, and you can submit from any country.<br>&#8211; All entries must be in Spanish or English languages.<br>&#8211; We accept screenplays between 80 -120 pages in length. For scripts over 120 pages, you would need to pay an additional fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Short screenplays should have a maximun of 15 pages lengh.<br>&#8211; There is no limit to the number of screenplays you may submit.<br>&#8211; All entries must be uploaded in PDF format. Contact details or names are allowed to be on the title page, but not recommended.<br>&#8211; All screenplays should be written in industry standard format (Courier 12 pt font).<br>&#8211; Competition judges, readers and employees of the Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival, past and present, and their immediate friends and families, are NOT eligible to enter. Previous winning and finalist scripts are also NOT eligible.<br>&#8211; The Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival reserves the right to change or modify each category as the Festival committee deems appropriate.<br>&#8211; Entries must be received on or before the deadlines and submission fee payment must be made in full at the time of the submission. Entry fees (including services fees) are non-refundable and we do not provide any feedback (except for competition finalists and winners).<br>&#8211; No warranties are expressed or implied as to the utility, value or accuracy of statements written or spoken by our reader&#8217;s analysts about the material submitted to us by writers, customers or contest entrants.<br>&#8211; All written or verbal coverage, critique, criticism or analysis of submitted material is provided subjectively, based upon objective standards as they are applied to the writing submitted and under consideration.<br>&#8211; By entering the Villa de Rota Writing Film Festival, you agree to all the rules listed. Regardless of your status (winner or nominee), please note that your script, logline and contact information may be shared with our partners and sponsors, and by submitting you agree with that.
